Identify Causes of Uric Acid

Uric acid causes: high purine In some people, the disease gout is something very difficult to control, what does not, the disease is closely related to the food we eat. Foods that cause gout disease in some cases, such as meat, canned food,  still much more difficult to avoid. 1. Dehydration and Renal Function

      
When water and other fluids are not consumed in sufficient quantity, the kidneys will not function properly. Uric acid will not be removed from the blood through excretion, and would make levels of uric acid in the number of abnormal (higher). To prevent dehydration and keep the kidneys working properly, drink water throughout the day and especially during exercise or if the temperature of the hot  one way that we can.
   
2. Foods that contain a lot of purine

      
Purine nitrogen-containing compounds, both performed in body cells, or brought into the body with food. Excess purine can cause increased uric acid levels, which can accumulate in tissues and form crystals, thus resulting in high levels of uric acid in the blood. Foods high in purines, including organs and red meat, and seafood in moderation (food cans), is the cause of the higher uric acid in the body.
   
3. Alcohol Consumption

      
Alcohol (beer, wine, or other processed products) can increase uric acid levels. In order to stabilize uric acid in the bloodstream, it is efficient is the need of awareness to stop drinking alcoholic beverages
   
4. Drugs

      
Certain medications, such as those used to treat high blood pressure, and aspirin, vitamin C and niacin, can produce high levels of uric acid. Chemotherapy for cancer treatment also can be the cause.
   
5. Cancer

      
Certain cancers such as non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma, leukemia and other medical conditions, such as sickle cell anemia and heart failure can cause increased damage to body cells and cause hyperuricemia (high uric acid levels).
In addition to the five points above, overweight (obesity) is also one of the causes of increased uric acid.
